It’s time for a pop quiz!
500 million Instagram accounts are using Stories every day, and so are some of the biggest brands. Interactive elements have increased engagement and brought people closer together, so it’s not surprise Instagram launched a new sticker to generate interactions. Introducing: Quiz Stickers!
The new sticker enables users to ask fans multiple choice questions and prompt feedback in a fun, interactive way. This could be a great way for brands to share information on a new product launch or allow fans to learn unique information about a company.
Quizzes add another simple creative consideration to your Stories approach. Learn more.
Want a byte?
Vine, everyone’s favorite short-form video app, is back, but this time, as “Byte.” Vine’s co-founder, Dom Hofman, announced Byte opened up a closed beta program for selected users.
Byte lets users record or upload short, looped vertical videos to what’s currently a reverse chronological feed.
The big question we have is, given TikTok’s popularity, will there be a place for Vine’s comeback app, Byte? “Hofman’s plan to grow Byte will be reliant on prominent creators, which he is aiming to “do right by”, an area where his previous app fell short.” What do you think? Learn more.
