Get Built-to-Spec Creative Placements for Instagram and Facebook

Through the Meta Business Partners program, Meta (the “Network”) has connected you (a “Brand”, “Customer”, or “you”) with Popular Pays (the “Provider”, “we”, or “us”) for the purpose of executing a creator Campaign. Creator(s) on the Popular Pays Platform will be selected by you to produce built-to-spec creative placements for Instagram and/or Facebook. You will receive rights to the content created through this Campaign as set forth in the Campaign Brief, which will be reviewed and approved by you prior to the Brief being published on the Popular Pays Platform.

During the Campaign, Popular Pays will provide you with a dedicated Client Success Manager as well as access to the Popular Pays Platform, as set forth in the General Terms (linked below).

Special Terms and Conditions

By filling out this form (each, an “SOW”), you hereby understand and agree to the terms and conditions stated herein and below:

1. The Campaign will be paid for by the Network. Customer will not be responsible for any fees unless changes to the Campaign scope are requested and approved, or if needed, as otherwise agreed to in writing by Customer and Popular Pays.
2. At the start of the Campaign, Popular Pays will provide the Customer with access to the Platform for the duration of the Campaign. Thereafter, the Customer will need to save all assets as Platform access will expire 30 days after the deliverables set forth in the Campaign Brief are approved by the Customer through the Platform.
3. During the Campaign and for 12 months after, Customer shall not directly or indirectly recruit or solicit (other than by general advertisement) any Creators involved in any respect with Customer’s Campaign.
4. Popular Pays will have the right to create and use case studies based on the Campaign.
