After putting her travels on hold for two years, she discovered tips and tricks that helped to make travel with children easier. She was inspired to launch Momma Wanderlust to share resources with other traveling families. Since the launch of her website, Tykesha reached her lifelong dream of visiting all 7 continents when she visited Antarctica recently. Some people know me by Dr. Zaraa, Pharmacy and Global Health expert, but my online community knows me as Sabra, the content creator that shows up daily to inspire them to live a healthier, happier life and to travel the world with them: one activity, one bite, one picture, one sunset and one great recommendation at a time. My parents knew the importance of being cultured, so they made it a tradition to go to a different country every year and in turn I have carried on the tradition with my husband and children.
