Hi there! I am Brooke, the foodie behind Brooklyn’s Bites. I am a recipe developer, food photographer and a firm believer that a healthy lifestyle begins in the kitchen. It is my mission to help others learn how to prepare meals that are both delicious and nutritious in a simple, time & cost-efficient manner. Ever since I can remember, food and cooking have been a passion of mine. I grew up helping my mom in the kitchen, then in college became the girl who cooked and tested recipes for my roommates and friends, which is how Brooklyn’s Bites was born! There are very few things in life that bring me more joy than preparing and serving food for others. Over the past 10 years of learning and experimenting with how I can fuel my body in the best way possible, it is my goal to help you do the same! My personal food philosophy is focused on consuming real, whole foods as much as possible, while finding ways to make the foods that we all know and love in a better-for-you manner.
