I’m a former executive coach in NYC with a Masters in Social/Organizational Psychology and a knack for hamming it up on camera. My passions are stand up comedy, music that floors me, and dopamine. I’m versatile in my ability to adapt to different content styles, and I’m learning more every day about my newfound passion of content creation. My style is typically informal, funny, a little edgy, and authentic. I appreciate the rhythm of words, and make it my focus to come across in an engaging manner. My personal content focuses on men and women my age picking up the pieces of lives beset by childhood trauma and neglect, who are looking to move forward in the third act of their lives psychologically, emotionally, and financially.
