My name is Derrick, and I am one half of the husband and wife team, and creators, of the entertaining + lifestyle blog, This Worthey Life. A little about me: first, I am a committed husband and father who loves taking care of his family. Throughout our blog, you'll see me spending time with our three teenage sons and wife. We are a family that eats together, laughs together, and travels together. Second. I am a diehard foodie, which means food is a significant part of my life. From feeding my family to entertaining guests, I use a variety of my favorite brands to create beautiful and delicious food. I also enjoy creating handcrafted cocktails as well as non-alcoholic drinks, and kid-friendly refreshments. My skill set also includes recipe development, food styling, photography, and telling the stories which bring it all together.
