I am a self-taught Chef who learned through trial and error. Inspired through photos based all over the world on the internet. In the Summer of 2019, I made an eager decision to no longer live vicariously through others with their food photos and experiences. Prompting me to start my cooking journey. My philosophy is that Cooking is an Art & Food is memory. The art of cooking allows an individual to experience multiple emotions when taking that first bite. Transporting them to another time and place weither it’s ;reminiscing from past experiences or simply forming new ones. Cooking was never my plan, but it has become my passion- it’s therapy. My goal is to offer unique food experiences that changes the way an individual feels about food. When I’m in the kitchen, I’m in my most natural element. Each dish I create starts out as an experiment but ends in a pleasant experience for your taste buds. I consider my cuisine as an experience rather then a common interaction
