Kath began her blog over a decade ago shortly after she graduated from college and had lost 30 pounds by eating real food and exercising. She is thought of as the pioneer "healthy living blogger." A Registered Dietitian by trade, Kath started her blog by focusing on diet, but since has expanded her subjects to all things lifestyle with posts that range in subject matter from exercise to superfood-recipes to keeping an organized home to parenting, Kath has appeared on television as well as in countless magazines and online publications. She lives in Charlottesville, Virginia with her husband, Thomas, and her two sons, Mazen and Birch.
