I'm Melanie, and I'm a self-taught chef who loves to explore with new ingredients to make delicious meals for my family. I started my plant-based/pescatarian journey in January of 2020 because I needed to change my lifestyle to stay healthier for my kids. I started my Instagram to document the food that I've cooked since changing my diet. It has only been about six months, and have received positive feedback from the food community.
