I love all things health & wellness! My focus is food and nutrition, and I began my instagram revolving around that.

Hey there! I'm all about health & wellness, living it up in the bustling city of New York. My Instagram journey started with a focus on food and nutrition, and that's where my heart's still at! I sprinkle in some fitness vibes and lifestyle updates too, with content that really vibes with everyone's wellness journey.
I hang out with brands in the healthy living and lifestyle scene, creating cool campaigns that revolve around authentic food stories, trendy fitness finds, and chic fashion pieces. Whether it's a local pop-up or connecting globally, I'm all in for making wellness accessible and fun!
My tribe? Mostly amazing ladies from their teen years up to their mid-thirties who are just as obsessed with food and nutrition as I am. It's a blast connecting with fellow females across the globe, especially here in NYC and major spots like London and LA.
Big apple gal here, finding joy in the local food spots and wellness corners right in New York. While NYC is where I thrive, I'm always up for a quick trip to explore wellness scenes in other cities when an opportunity pops up!
