Nichole (Nikki if you're my client) is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in corporate America. From my early days as a receptionist at Office Team (now Robert Half) working at Law Firms Large Construction sites, movie sets and everything in between, I’ve steadily climbed the corporate ladder. Over the years, I’ve worn various hats—receptionist, administrative assistant, sales assistant—until I found my niche as an Executive Assistant. Recently, I had the privilege of working on a major project—the opening of the Fontainebleau Las Vegas as a Senior Project Manager, one of the largest and most luxurious hotels on the Strip. Collaborating with the IT team, I successfully managed project logistics and contributed to the hotel’s grand launch. Being an Project Manager is like being a Executive Assistant on steroids. The diverse companies I’ve worked with and the high-level personalities I’ve interacted with have honed my ability to handle complex projects efficiently. Navigating different company backgrounds and personalities has taught me to think on my feet, adapt to changing circumstances, and find creative solutions.
