hi! i’m sydney kaplan, a 31-year-old writer & content creator living in a junior 1 bed (don’t be jealous 😘) in the east village, nyc. known for my “rekaps” on tiktok, i love posting about everything culturally relevant through a raw, comedic lens. storytelling is the backbone of everything i do – i’ll give you the need-to-know pop culture news in a quick, funny video one day & share my hilarious & relatable hinge date story the next. but my dating disasters = my audience’s gain, as i’m passionate about connecting with other millennial women & sharing the takeaways & lessons i’ve learned through my many fails (way harsh, tai!). one of the reasons i love posting about entertainment and general lifestyle content is because it's a funnel to many of my other passions; including fashion, beauty and food. i'm constantly being asked about my outfits, or where my jewelry is from, or what i'm snacking on. i'm excited to continue to partner with brands who fit into these fashion/beauty/lifestyle pillars!
