I am a chronic illness influencer trying to promote wellness. I was hit with a life-altering neurological issue almost 2 years ago that causes severe debilitating pain, vision impairment and other issues. I’m now on a mission to find ways to live in the least pain and as well as I can in this body. I want to work with brand who promote wellness and just feeling your best inside and out.

I am Karissa Fox, navigating the journey of chronic illness with grit and grace from my cozy corner in Strasburg, Ohio. Through storytelling and creative visuals like blog writing, infographics, and videos, I document my personal quest for wellness amidst life-altering challenges.
I team up with brands that echo the essence of healthy living, beauty, fashion, fitness, and food. Our collaborations blossom into authentic campaigns that inspire others to feel unstoppable from inside out.
My community is a mosaic of women and men across the globe, with a heartening focus on ages 18-34 who connect deeply with stories of resilience and vibrant wellness.
Rooted in Strasburg, I'm all about capturing the nuances of local life, while sprinkling stories that resonate far beyond Ohio's borders.
