Kimberly DowDell

Kimberly has spent her life teaching and influencing those around her. She is a group fitness trainer certified by ISSA, Zumba, and in Pilates. She teaches as a Group Fitness professor at a local community college and a local community fitness center. Kimberly is married with 4 children, one of whom is Jack who has Down syndrome. She is an advocate for the special needs community, specializing in Lifestyle, fitness, health, beauty, and inclusion awareness. Jack is a mix between Jim Carrey and Shaq, who happens to have Down syndrome. He is known for his catchphrase "Good News!" and spreads positivity on social media. He has been featred on news stations, podcasts, and celebrity socials. Jack's Mario Bro's reel received 10 million views and was praised by Chris Pratt (__________). He has also worked as a Down syndrome model, and his photos led to the photographer winning an international contest. Overall, Jack is known for his positive attitude and sharing good news with everyone.
